Gregg Baron
Gregg is a certified management consultant and author, with extensive experience helping Fortune 500 companies create superb performance at every Human TouchPoint encounter. He is the creator of the Communication Coach simulation learning system that ensures that all of your people deliver unforgettable customer experiences. His client list includes Verizon, Royal Caribbean, JPMorgan Chase, Aegis Mortgage Corporation, Comcast, Continental Airlines, KPMG, Novartis and Club Med.


Mitch Kates
Mitch is an experienced strategic advisor to some of the world’s top brands and companies. His client list includes P&G, AT&T, DuPont, Dow Chemical, Levis, PVH, Calvin Klein Jeans and other industry leaders. Kates’ strategy consulting skills were developed during ten years at Monitor Company, where he worked with Michael Porter and taught Monitor’s methodologies to clients around the world. Mitch also spent seven years developing Kurt Salmon Associates’ strategy consulting practice, where his work took on increased depths of hands-on implementation activity.

Kates is passionate about creating focus within organizations and works closely with the most senior management levels to commit to strategic priorities. His projects have helped reshape major companies through corporate portfolio reconfiguration, new business development, acquisition, branding strategy and implementation planning.

Mitch has been a keynote speaker for the National Retail Federation, the American Apparel and Footwear Association and the Fairchild CEO conference. He was also the host of TLC’s Taking Care of Business, a TV program aimed at helping smaller companies succeed.

In addition to his consulting experience, Mitch has significant line management experience as VP of Marketing with General Mills and division President with Phillips Van-Heusen.

Kates earned his Bachelor of Arts degree and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Toronto.
