Part 1: Complete an Implementation Questionnaire

Our Implementation Questionnaires will help you assess where you are now – and help you identify areas for improvement. Complete a Questionnaire once you’ve read our book, Overpromise and Overdeliver (link to opodproducts.asp). Choose the Company Questionnaire or the Department-level Questionnaire below.
 

1. Save the file to your computer (select “Save As”).

2. Complete the questions to evaluate how you are currently living the Overpromise and Overdeliver philosophy – and help identify areas you need to work on.

3. Print your completed questionnaire and return to this page to help evaluate your answers.

Part 2: Evaluate Your Answers

Choose the Company Feedback Tool or the Department-level Feedback Tool below, to evaluate your answers to Part 1.

1. Evaluate only your answers to the Questionnaire
   OR

2. Pass your completed Questionnaire on to others in your company or department to get their ideas as well
   OR

3. Have others in your company or department complete a Questionnaire in Part 1, so
   you can then compare your answers.
