You’ve read the book. You’ve seen the speech. You’re excited . . . but not sure where to start. In this highly interactive 4-hour session, you and your team of 5-7 leaders will:

  • Examine your brand’s DNA, its history and its current manifestation.

  • Determine which market category you want to own and what word you will use to own it.

  • Create your new Overpromise based on your pre-work and your existing customer research.

  • Identify your Critical Customer TouchPoints, and create a plan to Overdeliver by passionately exaggerating at least one of them.

The session includes the development of an implementation plan, with deadlines and accountabilities for each member of the team.
